The National Service Authority (NSA) has officially extended the deadline for the ongoing 2025/2026 national service registration to Friday, October 24, 2025.
The registration, which was initially scheduled to end on Wednesday, October 15, has been extended to allow more time for prospective personnel who could not complete their registration earlier.
According to the Authority, the decision to extend the registration period is aimed at ensuring that all eligible graduates are able to enroll successfully before postings are finalized.
“The extension is to allow additional time for prospective service personnel who, for one reason or another, were unable to complete their registration within the initial window,” the NSA stated.
Reporting Date and Compliance Reminder
The NSA also announced that all service personnel are required to report to their respective places of posting and commence national service by Monday, November 3, 2025.
However, the Authority cautioned that any personnel who fail to complete their registration on or before the new October 24 deadline risk being excluded from this year’s postings.
“All eligible graduates are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity to complete their registration process,” the statement emphasized.
Official Portal and Fraud Warning
The NSA reminded applicants to access the registration portal only through the official website — www.gnsa.gov.gh.
The Authority also cautioned prospective personnel against fake websites and fraudulent agents claiming to facilitate registration.
“Our system is designed to protect users against such fraudulent activities, but vigilance remains key,” the NSA warned.
The National Service Authority expressed appreciation to all stakeholders for their cooperation and reaffirmed its commitment to a smooth, transparent, and credible registration process for all participants.
