The incident occurred on Saturday, March 21, 2026, while the student was participating in a lecture. According to the Students’ Representative Council (SRC), the student unexpectedly collapsed during the session, prompting immediate intervention from colleagues.
Fellow students quickly rushed the victim to the Ridge Hospital, where medical personnel attempted to save his life. Despite these efforts, he was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
